An exceptional profile, floor-to-ceiling windows and a black aluminum facade make the 809 Broadway project a real eye-catcher in Greenwich Village, New York. The 15-story building was built on the west side of Broadway and provides apartments as well as office space. The special architectural shape gave the building the nickname “Totem by Silicon Alley”.

Around 2,000 square meters of BEMO standing seam were used for the facade, whereby different profile widths with changing patterns (N50-333 + N50-429 + N50-529) were installed. The black matt color was mixed especially for the skyscraper.

The skyscraper was designed by ODA Architecture.
