After many years of dedicated service, Hans Wiedemann is stepping down from the company’s executive board at his own request and will hand over the reins to his successors, Johannes Huber and Adrian Kober, effective July 1, 2026. Jochen Speidel will take over leadership of the company’s international operations in the United Kingdom, Turkey, and India.
After many years of dedicated service, Hans Wiedemann is stepping down from the company’s executive management at his own request and will hand over the reins to his successors, Johannes Huber and Adrian Kober, effective July 1, 2026. Jochen Speidel will take over leadership of the company’s international operations in the United Kingdom, Turkey, and India.
Over the years, Hans Wiedemann built the company from the brink of insolvency into a leading global provider of metal building envelopes. He was particularly valued for his open and approachable leadership style. He always listened to his employees’ concerns and not only heard their issues but also took them seriously and addressed them. At the same time, he shaped the company with clear—and at times bold—decisions that set the course for its future development.
“The entire BEMO team would like to thank Hans Wiedemann for his extraordinary dedication, his foresight, and his personal commitment,” says Johannes Huber. “With approximately 100 employees at our Eckartshausen location and sales offices around the world, we will continue BEMO’s success story.”
Johannes Huber has been part of the BEMO team for 16 years and, most recently, as Sales Manager for Europe, played a key role in further developing the company’s market position. With his many years of experience and deep understanding of customer needs, he will take charge of the strategic and operational direction of sales and marketing activities, as well as the in-house planning office, and will further strengthen BEMO Systems GmbH’s market presence and tap into new growth opportunities.
Working alongside him, Adrian Kober will be responsible for the supply chain, operational processes, and quality management. With his extensive expertise, he will further strengthen the performance of the entire value chain and drive the sustainable development of the company and its location. “I would like to thank the BEMO team for the trust they have placed in me,” said Adrian Kober. “After an intense first year with the company, I look forward to shaping the next steps together with the team and, in particular, actively driving the further development of production, processes, and the site.”
