BEMO Efficiency Console & Substructures
Perfect basis for metal facade systems
BEMO offers innovative halters and substructures for metal façades that meet the highest aesthetic and technical standards. A facade is only as good as the system behind it. Therefore, we deliver tailor-made solutions that are tailored to your project requirements.
TEKOFIX-A++ facade halter with maximum durability for VHF façades
Unique design sets new standards in the field of thermal bridges
The TEKOFIX-A++ facade halter guarantees the highest level of fire protection, the lowest thermal bridge influence and easy installation on VHF facades. Thanks to its unique punctual structure made of stainless steel, the thermal console sets the highest standards in the field of thermal bridges and thus easily reaches passive house level. This provides the basis for optimal thermal insulation.
Thanks to non-combustible components such as aluminium and steel, the facade console has the highest fire resistance and can therefore also be used in high-rise buildings with a VHF system. Depending on the design, there are two fixed point types: Type 1 can be used up to approx. 20 kg/m² facade weight. The Type 2 fixed point can also be used for solid and heavy facades, such as stone or ceramic facades.
BEMO develops the U-value calculations on a project-by-project basis, as well as associated planning and static calculations for the correct design and anchoring of the substructure system for the outer wall.
Advantages of BEMO-TEKOFIX-A++:
-
virtually free of thermal bridges
-
Passive House certified
-
fire protection class A
-
high load capacity
-
variable projections possible
-
very low chi values

The flexible facade substructure BEMO-DOME
Can be used for various building shapes and as a VHF substructure
The BEMO-DOME substructure for VHF facades: It offers the right substructure solution for cylindrical or 2-axis curved building shapes, as it can be used highly flexibly as a facade substructure. The cladding options range from metallic trapezoidal and corrugated profiles to conical or free-form BEMO-MONRO surfaces. The system is characterized by good load-bearing capacity, perfect tolerance compensation and easy assembly on site and is particularly suitable as a VHF substructure.
Whether for a rear-ventilated wall structure or unventilated, the BEMO-DOME facade substructure meets all requirements. It is therefore also suitable for rear-ventilated facades. In order to achieve a perfect result, we recommend the use of a 3D scan for on-site measurement and implementation planning in 3D for this substructure system.
The standardized system always consists of the same components and, depending on the design, varies between round and square tubes as well as different halters for optimal interaction. The facade substructure can be attached to a wide variety of substrates and offers a tolerance compensation of +/- 45mm for the VHF facade.
Advantages of BEMO-DOME:
-
high accuracy of fit thanks to 3D measurement and planning
-
high load-bearing capacity of the system
-
easy assembly on site thanks to BEMO assembly planning
-
optimal substructure solution for rounded roof and facade surfaces
BEMO Halter for Standing Seam Facades
For a thermal bridge-free and sustainable standing seam facade
Halter made of aluminium
The free sliding movement of the standing seam surfaces in the event of temperature-related changes in length is one of the most important properties of a BEMO standing seam facade. To do this, the facade needs halters that ensure optimal load-bearing capacity. The BEMO aluminium halters are specially designed for optimal gliding behaviour thanks to their rounded corners. The BEMO thermal caps TK 5 and TK 15 attached to the halter base ensuring thermal decoupling.
-
high load capacity
-
good sliding movement of the standing seam sheets on the halter
-
thermally decoupled by the thermal caps
Halter made of GRP
As an alternative to our aluminium halters, halters made of glass-fibre reinforced plastic are suitable for a thermal bridge-free facade construction. GRP halters are free of highly thermally conductive components and are therefore completely free of thermal bridges. As a result, the insulation thickness is significantly reduced with the same effective U-value. The have successfully passed all tests with regard to frost behaviour and moisture effects. They are characterized by high rigidity and very good load-bearing capacity.
